– A non-refundable initial deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

– Raw photos will be delivered within 15 days post-event. You must make your selections for editing within 30 days, as the editing process can take up to another 30 to 60 days to ensure high-quality results.
– All raw images must be collected within 15 days of your event. If no response is received within one month, the data will be deleted.
– Album selections should be submitted within 1 month of receiving the raw photos; failure to do so will result in data removal.
Bilal Mirajkar Films retains the rights to use your photos and videos for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.
A meeting with the bride and groom is encouraged before the event to discuss shoot ideas. Meetings are scheduled by appointment only.
For outstation events, additional fees will apply for the accommodation and travel of the team.
To ensure the quality of our work, we require a minimum of 1 hour for couple shoots. The quality may be affected if not enough time is allocated.

Misbehavior by guests towards our team will not be tolerated. In such cases, we reserve the right to leave the event without liability.
Our team will be available from 7:30 PM to 1:00 AM (approximately). After 1:00 AM, additional charges will apply for extended coverage.
To ensure smooth communication, we request a single point of contact from your family throughout the event.
We capture unlimited photos during the event. You will select the best ones based on your chosen package for albums. Data will be deleted one month after final delivery of albums and videos.
The length of the cinematic video can range from 2 to 20 minutes, depending on the event’s proceedings.
Testimonials will be covered at a separate location after the event. If additional coverage is required, extra charges will apply.
Bilal Mirajkar Films holds no responsibility for the loss or corruption of data due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical failures or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters). We ensure backups of your event’s data for one month post-delivery. After this period, data may be removed from our storage to maintain system efficiency, unless otherwise discussed.
All photography and videography services will be conducted at the designated event location(s) only. On-road or travel-based shoots are not included in the packages. If additional locations or travel shoots are required, they must be discussed and booked separately with potential additional costs.
For home-based events, our crew will leave at 12:00 AM unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional charges will apply for late departures.
